Do you accept returns?
We've never had a return; however, it's also important that you feel reassured and comfortable shopping at Studio Malia.

If you have any issue at all, please contact us directly within 2 weeks of receipt and let us know how we can help. 

How do you handle shipping?
Shipping charges vary, particularly by country.  We'll be in touch after you purchase to confirm shipping charges and the best route to ship.  Because we've paid close attention to size, weight & materials, the process is typically affordable & easy.

What if I don't see the piece I want?
New work is always in process.  If you don't see something that works for you, let us know and we can discuss an upcoming or commissioned piece.

Do you ever accept commissions?
Yes! Malia does accept the occasional commissioned piece. 

We require a 50% deposit to start and 50% at completion and before shipment.  We'll want to know things like:  Which pieces are you most inspired by, which work best in your space?  Which colors do you want in your commissioned piece?  We are currently able to take commissioned work about 2 months out.  If this is of interest to you, just send us an email at Malia@StudioMalia.com and let us know.

Do you accept phone appointments?
Yes, absolutely.  We'd love to chat with you.  Malia does give personal studio tours from time to time (all virtual for the time being).
